WOMENS BOXING LESSONS

Jumpstart your fitness journey in a supportive environment with our exclusive all women’s boxing class. You’ll learn self-defense and basic boxing skills with a full-body workout. Classes consist of an agility warm up, followed by basic punching drills and defensive movements, and finishing with the heavy bags and conditioning exercises. Women's Classes are held on Saturday's at 12PM.
