Non Contact Boxing lessons are a fun and exciting way to give you not only a full-body workout, but also the basic skills needed in footwork, combinations, and self-defense. Our classes start with an agility ladder or jump rope exercise. With a combination of shadow boxing and mitt work drills, we learn the basic punch combos, stance, and evasions. You’ll get ample cardio on the heavy bags before moving on to conditioning exercises.
