Come try a group kickboxing class! Our Kickboxing lessons begin with a warm up followed by elements of Muay Thai, Tae Kwon Do, and MMA Strikes. The bag work incorporates techniques using kicks, punches, knees and elbows. The Class continues with conditioning to increase flexibility, endurance and strengh. Our Kickboxing class is for all levels and abilities. No matter what your background, it's a great way to burn calories, learn self defense and get in great shape!
